How can I return an item?
You can return an item by downloading our returns form here and emailing it to: email@example.com with the subject: RETURNS

My item doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry darling… We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return the item to us for an exchange. Please email us regarding the size you would like at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will have to cover the cost of returning them to us, but we’ll post the exchanged replacements out to you at no extra charge.
Everything must be returned in a resalable condition as per our returns policy.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have unto 14 days from receipt of the item(s).

Will my postage be refunded if I return my items?
The delivery charge will only be refunded if all of your items were faulty.
